Website Design & Development Services

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started or project files/design concepts have been delivered.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The project has not yet started
• A duplicate payment was made
• We are unable to deliver the agreed service

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Completed design work
• Website development work already in progress
• Domain registration fees
• Hosting services
• Third-party software or plugin purchases
• Digital marketing services already executed

Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation at any time. However, payment for completed work and time invested up to the cancellation date will not be refunded.
